On the Join Now page, enter your phone number and choose a 4-digit password.
Fill in your personal details if requested.
Read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, then tap the ‘Join Now’ button.
Note: The 4-digit password you set here will be your login password every time you access your betPawa account.
Proceed to our Join Now page.
Go to our Forgot password page linked below
Enter your account phone number if not prefilled
Tap the ‘Get verification code’ button.
Didn’t get the code? You can choose to resend it or receive it through another available method.
Check your phone for the code and enter it on the page.
Create a new account password and confirm it by tapping the ‘Set New Password’ button.
Proceed to our Forgot password page.
Here’s how to do it:
Log in to your betPawa account.
Go to the Account menu (bottom right of your screen).
Tap on My Bets.
Choose from the available tabs:
Open – All active betslips that have not yet been settled.
Settled – Bets that have been settled (Won or Lost).
Virtuals – All virtual sports bets.
Good to know
All betslips are stored in your account for easy access.
You can always open any betslip to view the full details.
If you can’t find a specific bet, contact our 24/7 Customer Support for assistance.
Your bet is settled according to the official result of the sporting event and the specific market rules you placed your bet on (e.g. 1X2, Total goals Over/Under, Correct Score). Settlement only happens once the outcome is confirmed and announced.
Example: A “1X2” bet is settled based on the official full-time score.
If you’re unsure about how a particular market is decided, you can always check the Sports Betting Rules.
You can track your bet status by going to Account > My Bets and checking under Settled (for completed bets) or Open (for pending bets).
If your bet is still open, you can click on the event link inside your betslip to view live scores, minutes played, and detailed statistics (corners, bookings, fouls etc.)
The Statistics tab gives you additional insights such as team form, head-to-head results, goals, cards, and more.
View your current balance
Your account balance is always shown in the top right corner of your betPawa account screen once you’re logged in.
Check your transaction history
Go to the Account menu.
Tap on Statements to see a complete list of your recent transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bet winnings
