I cannot find my deposit

Make sure you deposit using the same phone number you registered an account with. Depositing from another number automatically creates a new account and all funds are transferred there.
In order to locate your funds provide our Customer Support team with the phone number used and Transaction ID of your missing payment.

I want to withdraw my winnings

  1. Open betPawa withdrawal page linked below.
  2. If requested, enter your first and last names in the fields provided
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum K1 - one kwacha)
  4. Select ‘Request Withdraw’

I want to place a bet

  1. Log in and select your desired sport on the top-left drop-down menu (e.g football).
  2. Make your event and market selection (up to 30 in one betslip) or use the search function on top of the page to locate the team you’d want to bet on.
    E.g. Liverpool vs Man City — Home team wins
  3. Access your betslip:
    3.1. If on mobile: hit numerical digits next to the Menu button
    3.2. If on desktop: betslip appears on the right after first selection
  4. Set your stake amount and hit “Place bet”

Note: If it displays ‘Price has changed’, click on ‘Place bet’ again to accept the new price and the bet will be processed or else click to remove the selection from betslip and start again.

Why is my bet still open?

We strive to get your bets settled immediately after the match has finished, but please bear in mind that this is done based on the official and announced results. Delays may occur if the official results are not clear yet.
